Return Policy

We only accept returns if the product is damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at support@kitro.in within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Unboxing Video

To process your request, you must provide an unboxing video taken at the time of delivery, showing the condition of the product as you received it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Contact our support team at support@kitro.in with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by us only if the product was received damaged. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items

Only products that are damaged are eligible for returns and refunds. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any other reason.
